Field Agent is a company that realized the need for connecting companies directly with customer feedback on the ground level. They were founded in 2010, and they are headquartered in Fayetteville, AK.

What is Mystery Shopping?

I’m sure many of you are familiar with what mystery shopping is, but this is for those that have never heard of it. Mystery shopping is a way for companies, market researchers, or watchdog organizations to gain information about a particular business, or service. As a mystery shopper you essentially are posing as a customer, while collecting certain information, and going undetected while you do so. Hence the phrase, “mystery shopping”.

For example, I completed a mystery shopping assignment for a specific grocery store chain recently. I can’t specify which chain because that would give up some of the “mystery.” Anyway, the assignment asked for me to look for, and take pictures of specified sections of the store. So, as I did my normal routine shopping, I completed the assignment as well. I made money while do something I would have normally done for free. Win, win, right?

There are several different ways to make money mystery shopping with Field Agent. Some assignments require you to take pictures, other require you to look for certain products, others ask you to evaluate a service, it just all depends.
